West Sussex:

Emergency call-out 0800-1700: £100 for 30 mins on site, £50/hr thereafter.

Overnight Emergency call-out 1700-0800: £175 for 30 mins on site, £75/hr thereafter.

Other Counties (within 40 miles of Worthing):

Emergency call-out 0800-1700: £150 for 30 mins on site, £50/hr thereafter.

Overnight Emergency call-out 1700-0800: £250 for 30 mins on site, £75/hr thereafter.

Terms:

Call out fee is payable prior to technician dispatch. 

Parts, materials and additional labour charge (see above) are payable via invoice within 30 days of call out. 

We make every effort to meet agreed emergency response times and booking windows. However, time shall not be of the essence, and arrival times are estimates. If we fail to attend an emergency call-out within an agreed estimate due to our sole negligence, the client’s sole remedy is a 50% reduction of the initial Call-Out fee. We accept absolutely no liability for consequential losses, including spoiled food, lost business revenue, or alternative accommodation. No compensation applies to delays caused by vehicle faults, traffic congestion, parts availability, or severe weather.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed terms.
